    • Info : Please, resolve the addition below before post any new comment...
    • VE6RAK : I was at the Red Deer Gun Show today and there was a guy selling Wouxum 1P radios for $120. Bent Barrel Airsoft. #6 7957- 49 Av. Rick
    • VE6CKC : Bob I posted these. Feel free to tidy it up Thanks Brian
    • VE6NAM : No, they don't sound like trucker to me they are active again tonight May 1/12 at 10:50pm on 147.000 simplex
    • VA6TAC : Thanks Heather. Do you supposed they were involved in the Trucking Industry? Truckers (no offence meant to any) have become a problem apparently in areas near major routes as they increasingly use VHF over CB; and Wouxon hasn't helped matters by selling radios to whoever has the cash.
    • VE6NAM : I tried to email «email» but the email bounced
    • VE6NAM : Hello My name is Heather Anderson VE6NAM I use to be part of the Red Deer club a few years ago. I haven't been active but I have listen into the repeater from time to time and last night between midnight and 1am April 30/12 I heard 2 or three individuals who never identified themselves and I wanted to bring it to someone’s attention. They used the repeater a few times as well as 147.000 and other simplex frequencies. At one point one of them seemed concerned that they stay off the repeater a
    • va6sjt : I am half done the afghan for the draw at the picnic. Hadve to keep track of the colors I make them because the last two went to the same person. If VE6BCA wins this one, I may wonder if it is fixed!! Just kidding on that!
    • VA6TAC : Kohen Electronics just donated a 6-LED - 4 setting head-band light as a door prize. Picked it up today. Thank you Brent Koziol!
    • Steve VE6VS : Bob VE6BLD, cant find your e-mail. OCF (Windom) legs are 45 & 90 feet 73 Steve VE6VS(@arrl.net)
    • VA6UK : From a concerned party, will the Flea market be inside in we have heavy rain ??? requested by VE7DQQ
    • VE6BLD : Yes it is..click on the picnic TAB at the top of this page for all the info
    • VA6UK : Red Deer Pinic is that the same place as last year?
    • Guest_607 : hello
    • Guest_607 : test
    • va6sjt : That is really something that RadioWorld would do that for us!

    • VE6CIA : Radio World is AWESOME!!!They are going to sponsor a radio for the picnic draw.
    • VE6CIA : Canadian invention «link»
    • Steve VE6VS : FYI I've been having problems with RFI on my wife's computer speakers. Staples have a set on sale for $10 and they don't get any RFI. Strange considering that the it is the same model as the ones I replaced. Probably a change in manufacture
    • VE6BLD : Please check your Private Messages under SITE TOOLS
    • VE6WEG : When will I be able to access the members area of the CAARC site?
    • VE6BLD : Also try to work the High altitude balloon launch from the hamfest this Saturday morning..input frequency of 145.56 MHz with a 162.2 Hz tone, and an output of 445.525 MHz
    • VE6RAK : Yuma Ham fest. $11,000 in door prices. yumahamfest.org Rick
    • VA6TAC : To VETWEG: Welcome, dude. Get in, get your feet wet. These local hams are awesome; they will politely correctly you if any mistakes. We have to meet up 4 coffee. Geoff
    • VE6WEG : Thanks to all the guys that went to the Edmonton flee market for shareing their time and experience with me. You all sure now how to make a newbie feel welcome. Thanks to Geoff for the ride also.
    • VE6BLD : congrats Karen good to hear you on. Bob
    • VA6LDY : I made my first contact on echolink! Thanks for the chat Garry CIA.
    • VA6TAC : Best Quote this month: "See Jack, isn't ham radio better than computers?!" by VE6CIA lol Wow hope you got Echolink working!
    • Guest_3822 : Want to go to the SARA flee market but I am new to ham radio and don
    • VA6TAC : I'll be going to the SARA flea Market, if any one wants a ride in my truck.
