Contesting
British Columbia QSO Party presented by Orca DX and Contest Club.
Jan 25th
Hello Don and all CAARC members
Rebecca VA7BEC here, contest coordinator for the British Columbia QSO Party presented by Orca DX and Contest Club.
This email and the attached official invitation are for you to distribute to club members or acquaintances who might not get the invitation through direct emails from me or through reflector posts.
BCQP 2023 is the first weekend in February — Feb 4 & 5.
There are many coinciding events on the Feb 4-5 weekend. For anyone planning to play in several contests, download the handy same-weekend event schedule with required exchanges: http://orcadxcc.org/content/pdf/2023_sked.pdf
There’s lots of other information to help make BCQP 2023 enjoyable. Follow links at http://orcadxcc.org/bcqp.html for rules, multiplier list, FAQs, same-weekend event schedule, in-depth event analysis/reports and scores from past years, and examples of past photo-based certificates and plaques. (Photos are different every year… create a collection!)
And if anyone has a question not answered there, I’m just an email away.
Stay warm. Stay well. Stay safe.
